Alertpay is one of many payment processors. I do a lot of ptc (pay to click sites) and since Paypal banned PTC owners most of them transfered to Alertpay. Alertpay has 3 types of accounts, Personal starter with which you can send and the receive the money but with the limit of $400 per month and $2000 per year, personal pro with which you can send and receive the money and there are no limits of sending or receiving the money and business for business owners who also get a website integration.

I opened myself and Personal pro account so that I could send and receive the money without limits. Here’s what alertpay sais about this account A Personal Pro account gives you access to numerous online selling tools to help you thrive online. If you are an active seller or you an avid online shopper, choose the AlertPay Personal Pro account today! * Conduct business under your name * Low receiving fee of 2.5% + $0.25 per transaction * Accept Credit Card payments * Website Payments: Buy Now Buttons, Subscriptions and Recurring Payments * Instant Payment Notification (IPN): Real-time notification to your servers * Mass Pay: Send out payments to groups of people I was satisfied with Alertpay until about 2 weeks. I got paid from a PTC site at the end of the May. I was always an honest member and I never cheated or used any cheating system so I was really surprised when on 12 of June I saw that my Alertpay account balance was back to $0. First I thought my account was hacked but then I saw that the payment from the ptc site that paid me was reversed. I never got any explanation nor did anyone ask me about this reverse they just took the money. Fortunately I didn’t touch the money I got because I was planing to do something with it and I needed $10 more but I went to the forum of this scam site who used to be honest and a lot of members complained about this happening to them too and some of them who withdrew the money found out that their balance was negative and that they owed money to Alertpay.

So it makes me wonder if they could take back the money just like that can I do it too? I mean, if I buy an item somewhere and I pay for it from my Alertpay account, can I ask for the reverse of the money when this item finally arrives so I keep the item and the money? Is this normal? I think that would be called a theft so what they did to me was a theft too.

That makes me wonder about the service from Alertpay in general, what kind of insurance does they offer us? I contacted them for this but several hours have past and I got no reply, not even a note that they will investigate it or something like that.

What I think is that now since Paypal doesn’t accept PTC any more Alertpay is the main payment processor who accepts them so they don’t wanna ban any of the ptc sites because they know that then all the ptc owners would pass to some other payment processor and they are actually the only ones who earn from this fake transactions because they took a 50 cents from the transaction when I got the payment and I guess they charges the reverse action to the owner of the site too.

I have to use Alertpay because most of the sites I try to ear with use it but still I want to warn everybody that even when you get the money this money isn’t yours because they can reverse it whenever they want to.
I know a girl who got 3 payments from one site and when site turned into scam they reversed all 3 payments although the first one was more than 1 month old. So if they can take money back whenever they want how can we be sure that this money is ours?
